Our platform provides tools and services to help sellers manage their GST data, marketplace reports, and business analytics. The platform may include services such as GST data management, marketplace data processing, financial analytics, and seller performance insights.
Registration on the website does not automatically grant access to the platform. The registration process generates a lead which will be reviewed by our internal team before onboarding.
After submitting your registration details, our team may contact you to explain the platform and onboarding process. Access to the platform is granted only after successful onboarding, payment verification, and account activation by our administrators.
Access to certain features of the platform requires a paid subscription.
The subscription pricing is based on the number of GST numbers registered under your account. Each GST number is billed according to the subscription plan communicated during onboarding.
Payments made for subscriptions are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
User login credentials are generated and provided by the platform after payment verification and approval by our administrators. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and must not share them with unauthorized persons.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Providing incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in rejection of registration or termination of services.
If users provide GST numbers during registration or onboarding, they must ensure that they are authorized to use those GST numbers. The platform is not responsible for verifying legal ownership of GST numbers provided by users.
Users agree not to misuse the platform. Activities such as unauthorized data access, attempting to disrupt services, uploading malicious data, or violating applicable laws are strictly prohibited.
The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any user account that violates these terms or engages in suspicious activity.
The platform provides tools for data management and analytics. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party data sources or marketplace reports. The platform shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the services.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date.
